Degi Chicken Korma


  • chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
  •  yogurt thick 1/2 cup
  • seared onions 1 cup (instant or my natively constructed)
  • cinnamon stick 2inch piece
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • green cardamom 8
  • nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • mace 1/4 tsp
  • cloves 8 pieces
  • red bean stew powder 1tsp
  • ginger and garlic glue 1tbs
  • coriander powder 1tbs
  • salt 1tsp
  • kewra water 1tbs
  • oil 1 cup


1: granulate cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardomum to a powder.

2: blend the smiled powder in with nutmeg, mace and seared onions and pound, keep aside.

3: heat the oil include the chicken, salt and ginger garlic glue and fry for 5 minutes on high fire.

4: at that point include the red stew, coriander powder, turmeric blend well, presently include the smiled onion blend and blend.

5: presently include the yogurt blend and high fire sit tight for a bubble, at that point spread and cook on medium fire till the oil goes ahead the surface and the chicken is cooked.
