- chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
- yogurt thick 1/2 cup
- seared onions 1 cup (instant or my natively constructed)
- cinnamon stick 2inch piece
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
- green cardamom 8
- nutmeg 1/4 tsp
- mace 1/4 tsp
- cloves 8 pieces
- red bean stew powder 1tsp
- ginger and garlic glue 1tbs
- coriander powder 1tbs
- salt 1tsp
- kewra water 1tbs
- oil 1 cup
1: granulate cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardomum to a powder.
2: blend the smiled powder in with nutmeg, mace and seared onions and pound, keep aside.
3: heat the oil include the chicken, salt and ginger garlic glue and fry for 5 minutes on high fire.
4: at that point include the red stew, coriander powder, turmeric blend well, presently include the smiled onion blend and blend.
