DAHI DHUAN CHICKEN

Ingerdients:

1: chicken bosom 1kg(cut in 2 inch pieces)

2: yogurt 1/2 cup

3: onions 1 huge (finely cleaved)

4: coriander powder 1tbs

5: salt 1 tsp

6: turmeric 1/2 tsp

7: red bean stew powder 1 tsp

8: cumin seeds 1 tsp

9: ginger and garlic paste1tbs(heaped)

10: onions 2 large(cut in thick rings)

11: mint 1/2 cup

12: garam masala 1 tsp

13: green bean stew 2 to 3

14: coal

15: oil 1/2 cup

Formula:

1: marinate the chicken with 2 tbs of yogurt and keep aside secured for 10 to 15 minutes.

2: heat the oil include onions, ginger and garlic glue fry on high fire till light brilliant.

3: at that point include the cumin seeds, chicken and cook on high fire till the chicken changes shading.

4: include the salt, red bean stew, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, 1 cup yogurt blend well spread and cook till the oil goes ahead the surface on medium fire, at that point include 1tbs mint blend well.

5: preheat the broiler 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.

6: make the coal intensely hot.

7: place the cooked chicken in a stove verification dish top it with the rest of the yogurt, onion rings, mint, green bean stew, at that point place a bit of foil in the center include the hot coal spoon 1 tsp of oil spread and hold up till the smoke settles.

8: at that point place the dish in the broiler and prepare for 15 minutes and serve hot with naan.
