Chicken Khagina

Ingerdients:

  • chicken mince 1 kg
  • eggs 16
  • tomatoes 6 (cut)
  • onions 2 enormous (finely hacked)
  • red bean stew powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • ginger and garlic glue 2 tsp
  • projectile green bean stew 3 (cut)
  • new coriander bunch
  • oil 1 cup

Formula:

1: heat oil include cumin seeds, onions, ginger and garlic glue fry till the onions get delicate on high fire.

2: at that point include tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red bean stew, water 1/2 cup, cook till the tomatoes mellow and oil goes ahead the surface, on high fire.

3: include the chicken mince and cook on medium fire till cooked totally.

4: beat the eggs and include it with the chicken, continue blending till cooked and oil goes ahead surface, on high fire.

5: presently include green bean stew, garam masala powder, coriander blend well.

6: serve hot with paratha or roti.
